Crispy salad with smoked salmon and egg

A fresh and delicious salad for either lunch or dinner. A softly boiled egg on top makes this a warm and tasteful dish.

    • 600 g smoked salmon, chopped
    • 4 softly boiled eggs
    • 0.5 Red onion, sliced
    • 200 g (iceberg) lettuce
    • 24 croutons
    • 4 tsp sherry or balsamic vinegar
    • 4 tsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Boil the eggs for 4 minutes and cool them with cold water
  2. Slice the onion
  3. Put the lettuce in a bowl, add the onion and drizzle with the sherry or balsamic vinegar and 1.5 teaspoon of olive oil
  4. Add the croutons and the salmon. Peel the egg, cut it in half and add this to the salad
