Salmon wrap with mango salsa

    • 500 g fillet of salmon
    • 1 tsp of taco seasoning
  • For the taco seasoning:
    • 2 tbsp cumin
    • 1 tbsp paprika powder
    • 1 tbsp coriander
    • 1 tsp pepper
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 0.5 tsp salt
  • For the mango salsa:
    • 1 large mango
    • 2 tomatoes
    • 0.5 cucumber
    • 0.5 red onion
    • 1 bell pepper
    • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
    • 0.5 lime
    • 0.25 tsp chili powder

  1. Combine all ingredients for the homemade taco seasoning.
  2. Cut all the vegetables for the mango salsa into cubes and combine in a bowl.
  3. Smash the avocado with a fork and combine with all the other ingredients into a guacamole. Season with lime juice and herbs.
  4. Heat the tortillas in the oven.
  5. Cut the salmon into cubes and fry in the pan with oil and taco seasoning.
  6. Serve the tortillas with the salad, mango salsa, guacamole, feta cheese and salmon.
