The International Food Standard is a standard for food safety and was set up by the HDE, the German trade association of distributors food.
If food production is IFS certified, then it complies with the involvement of management and staff, and also with all legal requirements. It also makes possible the traceability of products, raw material and packaging materials. At the moment, we have ‘Higher level’ status for all our factories.
