SKAL is the certification institution that monitors the entire organic chain in the Netherlands. The requirements for organic processing, include the banning of chemical colorants, fragrances, and flavouring agents.
The ingredients are organic, wherever possible. Only technologically essential E-numbers of natural origin are allowed. As little as possible additives for processing are used.
